ONLINE POLICY

MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

At Roofers Choice, we do not invoice for any item until it is ready to ship. 
Backordered items are not invoiced until they are shipped.

 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.  A copy of your online order will be emailed to you as per your record. 

 

Final invoices of your order, plus any shipping charges incurred, with shipping/delivery information

will be FAXED to you within 24 working hours.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

Freight Terms

Within the continental United States, customers pay freight charges on orders less than $1,000.  We pay freight charges on orders that total $1,000.00 or more, excluding FOB items & select commercial equipment.  Freight charges will be paid on select commercial equipment orders that total $2,000.00 or more. Given fuel volatility, we may implement a fuel surcharge of 2.5% to all orders ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 with no fuel surcharge on orders over $2,500.00 with notification prior to the order being processed. On freight paid orders, we reserve the right to select the carrier.  LTL orders that do not qualify for freight paid will be shipped freight pre-paid and actual freight charges will be added to the invoice. No minimum purchases.
Packaging
Most items may be purchased in any quantitiy. Specific itmes must be purchased in case quantities which are noted in this price list and will be automatically rounded up on your order. If there is any shortage or overage, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Should damage or loss occur, note it on the freight bill at the time of delivery and notify C&R.
 
Drop Shipments
For drop shipments, we will assist you with completing your orders and they are subject to our regular freight terms. 
Drop shipments via COD are not available.

 

Delivery Schedule

Your order will be processed within 24 hours from our warehouse.

Shipping delivery timeframe is usually from 3 to 5 days based upon your designated location.

 

BACK ORDERS

If the backordered item is not available to ship within 4 business days, it will be canceled and will need to be re-ordered at a later time.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms for most credit-approved customers are net 30 days.  Late fees will be appropriated after 30 days at 1.5% per month. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  COD's are also available.

 

PRICES AND TAX CHARGES

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  All prices are in US Dollars and do not include any local, state or federal taxes. 

Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, when required.

 

RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned within 30 days with authorization. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Freight is not refundable.

Call our customer service department @ 1-800-248-5445  or email: customercare@rooferschoice.com  to receive authorization for all returned goods.

All returned goods must be unused and in the original carton.

 

The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning an item to Roofers Choice unless the product has been damaged during shipping.

Roofers Choice  cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition.

All returns of items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

Any shipment received in conditions other than brand new will be charged 50% restocking fee of the total amount.

 

Our 15% Restocking Fee Policy also applies to shipments that are refused and returned only after the item has been shipped.

If the item has not been shipped we will cancel the order and you will not be charged.

 

Getting A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

 

All returns must be properly boxed before they are returned.

 It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product.

No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

 

No returns will be accepted without authorization from Roofers Choice

Once Authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number.

 

The Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is valid for 30 days ONLY. 
After the 30 day time limit, the RMA remains invalid.

PRIVACY POLICY

RoofersChoice.Com does not disclose buyers' information to third parties

other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.

 

Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart,

to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser

by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.

If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied with our products, return them within 30 days for a full exchange or refund. Please refer to our  Return Policy  for detailed information.
